What Could Cause MCV, MCH And Hematocrit To Be Low?

Hi Doctor. (Female - 36yrs). I ve just done my full blood test and result as below; -Hb lower than normal range -MCV, MCH & Haematocrit are low -Red cells are normochromic. Show mild anisopoikilocytosis. Few fragmented cells & elliptocytes cell seen. -Platelets are adequate. *Since last year Sep 2016 till today I have this problem that my eyes always turn red. I decided see doctor and they ruled as conjunctivitis. Everyday my eyes will turn red, no specific time and on off, happen more than once a day. Really appreciate your kind advise.

these are hematological value. can take iron supliment and multivitamin. for your problem can consult physician for examination and associated with other clinical finding. according ly further clinical diagnosis may be done and requered investigation and treatment may be advised.
