What Does The Following Blood Test Report Suggest?

Hi Sir I am from Pakistan .sir in attachment file I have send a HB electrophoresis test of my child .so sir I want ur help please check this test carefully that according to your opinion whether my is a thallasemia patient or not .and I your opinine what type of thalassemia is. And in the given below I am sending another test after blood transfusion of my child .please check it and reply me that what should I do. Give me some suggestions and treatment. Hello,

The hemoglobin electrophoresis shows the presence of 75% hemoglobin F which is characteristic of thalassemia major.
The blood picture is microcytic hypochromic with anisopoikilocytosis. The blood picture also favors thallasemia major.
However, before giving any definitive opinion, the age of the child and hemoglobin electrophoresis two weeks after blood transfusion should be repeated.
