What Does The Following Blood Test Report Indicate?

hello sir,My fathers age is 65 and he is suffers from typhoid fever from 5 days.His test reports are widal test-o-1:320,h-1:160,AH-1:40,BH-1:40,MP-ICT-Negative.While his Pus cell-6-8HPF & Epethilial-2-3 hpf. Now he is recovering but feeling very week.What is yours suggestion.

I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the reports you mentioned.
Your father is having typhoid fever.
Patient looses appetite and this is the main reason reason for weakness and delayed recovery.
Loss of appetite is further aggravated by old age.
So give him more fluids, fruits, multivitamin tablets for faster recovery.
Usual time for complete recovery after typhoid fever is 2 weeks.
So he will be alright after 2 weeks.
