General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concerns.
Incomplete data like any associated medical illness like diabetes, hormonal problem, or any drug intake.

After having gone through the results of your lab tests it seems to me you have a high blood glucose level, high cholesterol & triglycerides high serum phosphate levels suggestive of uncontrolled diabetes with hyperphosphatemia.

I would advise you to consult a physician/endocrinologist for the treatment of diabetes, high cholesterol with high triclycerdies.

For diabetes you may be prescribed Metformin with sulfonylurea, statins with fibrates for high cholesterol and triglycerides with certain lifestyle modifications like dietary restrictions of sugar, fat, alcohol, daily exercise, etc.

The cause of hyperphosphatemia should be investigated with certain lab tests like serum calcium level and certain hormone levels.

Hope this answers your query.
A feed back is appreciated.
