What Does The Following Blood Report Indicate?

blood results show high neutrophils 61.5% and low lymph 24.9%...Thyroid Stimulating Hormone 1.12 uIU/ml....Follicle Stimulating Hormone 9.1 MIU/ML..Lutenizing Hormone 4.7 MIU/ML.....testing was a result of looking for possible thyroid problems as I have begun having frequent menstrual periods and am not at the age for menopause...these do not appear to me way out of ranges that I have been able to research...your opinion? All the blood results are within normal limits. The following are few causes of frequent menstrual periods
1)thyroid dysfunction
2)pelvic inflammatory disease
3)uterine fibroids
4)contraceptive pills
5)endometriosis
6)bleeding disorders
You don't seem to have any thyroid disease from the blood tests. So it's better to consult a gynecologist and get yourself examined for any of the above mentioned conditions.
Hope I have answered your question. Please do let me know if you have any further queries. Thank you. Have a good day. Take care.
