Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The biopsy taken from superior mediastinal mass or mass in neck or upper chest region shows presence of Hodgkin lymphoma.
Hodgkin lymphoma is neoplasm or malignancy of lymph nodes.
The bone biopsy is done to assess whether the malignancy has spread to bone or not.
However, the biopsy report shows that it has not spread to bone.

Thanks and take care
Dr Shailja Puri
