What Does The Following Biopsy Report Suggest?

MyTUEBT CHIP BIOPSY SAYS: section shows ulcerated urothelim with focal preserved urothelial ling displaying mild nicleomegaly, focal polarity disarray and randomly scattered mitosis.
Opinion: features are of focal Uroyhelial Atypia/ Low Grade orothelial dysphasia.

Does it point to any malignancy ?

You have undergone bladder biopsy report and your report is showing dysplastic atypia.

Therefore, malignancy is not present but the initiation for malignancy has been started.

Dysplastic epithelium can get converted into malignancies so clinical correlation and regular monitoring can be needed in your case.

You have to consult Urologist for examination and to discuss your proper management plan because you should not neglect this dysplastic epithelium changes.
