What Does The Following USG Report Indicate?

sir in 35th week of pregnancy in usg report mentioned the uterine cavity with head lower pole andspine to left.fetal movments and cardiac activity are good and atlast they have mentioned that 1 week growth lag noted pls ensure me if their is any problem
