Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Usually, TMT showing equivocal is almost unpredictable if there are ST changes its better to go for the next investigation.

I advise you to go for angiography test.

Reasons:
1. h/o hypothyroidism-silent ischemia chances are there
2. TMT equivocal
3. blood tests like cholesterol levels, triglycerides levels need to checked and start on statins if required
4. hope the test would come normal and long term benefits I also advise you to
exercise at least half n hour,
thyroid diet-more of green salads,
hydration and multivitamins to be continued.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anusha Molugu,
