What Does The Following MRI Report Suggest?

Hi Doctor, Please translate me this MRI results. Findings: Clinical history of memory weakness. No space occupying lesion, hemorrhage or infraction seen. Normal ventricular system. No midline shift is seen. No lesion in posterior fossa. Orbits,optic nerve and acoustic nerve appear normal. Normal pituitary gland. Normal cranio-cervical junction. Nasal system is deviated towards right side with hypertrophied bilateral inferior nasal turbinate seen. Impression: No space occupying lesion, hemorrhage or infraction seen. Normal ventricular system. Nasal system is deviated towards right side with hypertrophied bilateral inferior nasal turbinate seen. Kindly view it and reply me as soon as possible. Thanks.

Thank you for trusting HCM

The MRI scan report indicates no abnormality in the anatomy of the brain and associated structures.
The only anomaly is deviated nasal septum along with hypertrophied turbinates in nose. Depending on the severity of symptoms, deviated nasal symptom can be treated with surgery.
