What Does The Following MRI Report Suggest?

Had brain MRI...Had disc burned right after...Can't get a report from anyone ... Hematologist says brain shows nothing...MRI shows many white spots ..When I asked the hematologists nurse about she said there was no mention of it and if it was there they would have mentioned something ...there is clearly numerous spots ...Im being told by others in the medical fields white spots should never be ignored or dismissed

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
Without seeing the images it is almost impossible to tell what those might be. Generally radiologist does not miss any finding and you don't need to worry regarding this.
I think the white spots you had seen might be "sulci" or "gyri" of your brain which are normal anatomical structures and nothing to worry in it.
Or it might be calcific densities which are age related changes and does not indicate any disease condition.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
Dr.Shinas
