What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

i just had an MRI done on monday and the doctor finding were 14mm uterus and possibly a 1.4mm adrenal mass on the left upper quadrant on or near the kidney.... Im extremely worried right now what stepd should i do next....??? request a total hysterectomy??? then contact an endo doctor to run test to cinfirm what type of mass that is. I am displaying many of the side effects of adrenal gland tumors... i think im jumping too far ahead but im SCARED!!!

After going through your question, I can understand your concern.

There is adrenal tumor in your case.

Adrenal gland is a endocrine gland that produce different types of hormones.
1) Catecholamine like Adrenalin & Nor-adrenalin.
It has effect on heart, respiratory system, blood vessels, urinary and gastrointestinal system.
2) Corticosteroids like glucocorticoids and minerelocorticoids.

All these hormones affect blood pressure, heart rate, heart activity, body metabolism.

There may be hormone secreting tumor or non hormone secreting tumor.

Usual symptoms associated with hormone secreting tumor are related to type of hormone secreted.

As you have already consulted endocrinologist it is advisable to follow his advise.
