.on MRI t1 and t2 weighted images were obtained through the left knee using sagittal axial and coronal imaging what does this meanand also there is Molly increase signal seen in posterior horn of the medial meniscusI need to know more than this but if you can answer these questions it would be greatly appreciated

MRI is investigation of choice in suspected meniscal injuries. But if you have symptoms like pain on standing and walking and any past twisting injury to knee. Ultred signal intensity means abnormality.
Meniscus are the fibro cartilage cuisine in knee joint.
