What Does The Following LFT Results Mean?

Hi, I have consumed alcohol for the first time in my life and had 4-5 pegs the same day. It was happened around three weeks ago. Today I got LFT(liver funnctioning Test) result from Lab and it has indicated the SGPT level in blood in 107(normal range is 30-40). I am 25 years old and weighs 74 Kilograms with a height of 175 cms. Please can you suggest the high SGPT cause and remedy ? Please find below the LFT results: Protein Serum : 7.3 gm/dl Albumin Serum: 5.1 gm/dl Bilirubin(T) : 1.15 mg/dl Bilirubin direct : 0.34 mg/dl SGOT : 39 U/L SGPT : 107 U/L Alkaline Phosphatase : 76 U/L Globin Serum : 2.2gm/l
