What Does The Following LFT Profile Indicate?

Please suggest if there is something to worry for the following parameters in my LFT.
A/G Ratio : 1.87
Total Bilirubin: 1.51mg/dl
unconjugated bilirubin: 1.14.

My t. protien, albumin , Globulin, conjugated bilirubin, SGOT, SGPT ,ALK Phosphatase and Gamma GT are normal

Hello dear
I understand your concern
According to NABL laboratory standard following is reference range for
Total bilirubin: 0.3 to 1.9 mg/dL
Unconjugated billirubin: 0.0-1.5 mg/dl
A/G ratio: 0.8-2.0

So your report should not be concerned in absence of any clinical symptoms.
Your unconjugated bilirubin is slight high: it could be due to
Hemolytic jauince (but enzyme is also increase)
Due to hemolysis of blood.
If sample is hemolyzed then repeat tests with fresh sample

Your report should be correlated with clinical symptoms.
