Please help me to interpret my HSG result Preliminary image shows a normal gynecoid female pelvic cavity with intact bony pelvis. Contrast images demonstrate a normal volume uterine endometrail cavity with regular margins(the uterus is seen in near en face due to limited pulling during the procedure) Both fallopian tubes are seen in their entirety with bilateral intra-peritoneal contrast spills. The tubes are however superiorly displayed bilaterally. Thisay be due to pelvic adhesions. The delayed image showed some contrast loculations in keeping with adhesions. Impression: 1. Bilateral patent fallopian tubes. 2. Pelvis adhesions
