What Does The Following HSG Report Indicate?

Hello Dr. Aniruddha,

I received my HSG report today and it's states the below:
The Uterine is folded over itself making detailed assessment, Restrovesion? Procedual? However no mass lesion seen

The left Follopian tube is seen with evidence of peritoneal spill

The right Follopian tube was not opacified.

Please what does this imply? Regards, Christy

1.The report suggest after the contrasted injected the uterus is delineated as folded in the nature - retroverted, which is one of the normal variations of the uterine lie.
2.For which no need to worry - as there is no lesions or filling defects seen.
3.In this case the right fallopian tube is seen blocked - suggest possibilities of stricture of the tube.
4.Can be due to previously treated infections or inflammatory condition.
5.Dilatation is is treatment of choice, even with single tube possibilities to conceive are there, by getting follicular study done.
