What Does The Following FNAC Report Suggest?

I did an FNAC - RIGHT CERVICAL LYMPH NODE and the result is below : MGG stained cytosmears show lymphoid cells at various stage of development , epitheloid cell clusters and crushed nuclear material.However AFB could not seen. Overall cytomorphology is suggestive of early changes of Granulomatous lymphnoditis can you please explain this

Hi, these findings indicate towards tuberculous lymphadenitis. So, you need to take anti tuberculous treatment. Don't delay in starting the therapy. Hope I have answered your question.
