What Does The Following FANC Report Suggest?

Doc my father has a operation of axillary lymph node mass about 20 days ago... before this operation Doctor suggested us about FNAC test... and the result of FNAC test is. Microscopic examination : smear shows cellular material consisting of cells of the lymphoid series in different stages of transformation. cells with malignant criteria or epithelial cells are not seet. Dx: FNA( left axillary lymph node): chronic non specific lymphadenitis Then doctor said us there was no difficulty in report.. bt if the lymph mass cut out it would be better for my father health... After operation doctor suggested us about Histopathology(biopsy) of tissue from my father axillary lymph node.. and the report is. Gross: lymph node measuring 4.5 cm in maximum diameter. cut surface is grayish yellow, firm, homogenous. (X2) Micro: section show features compatible with non-Hodgkin s lumphoma, lymphoplasmacytoid type. Immunostaining for LCA, CD3. After FNAC doctor said us no difficulty.. But after histopathology Doc said my father has Non-Hodgkin s lymphoma.. I Please give me a proper suggestion what we should do..
