Slight ST at changes may be normal variant nothing to worry if you asymptomatic. Get a repeat ECG after 24 hour and 48 hour to look for any progression of the changes. If there is any changes do a TMT (tread mill test). Most often it might be normal variant and nothing to worry about it.
