What Does The Following ECG Report Suggest?

Abnormal study. Fixed apical defect most likely related to tissue attenuation. Partially reversible, small apical anteroseptal defect. Given defect intensity, this could be related to tissue attenuation. Cannot rule out small area of ischemia. Ejection fraction 54% with no wall motion abnormalities. what does mean

I think you are mentioning about your echo report. ejection fraction can not be measured by taking ECG. Normal ejection fraction is around 60-65% . So it's a mild problem only . No need to worry.
