What Does The Following ECG Report Suggest?

age 38, sinus tachycardia, long QT interval, incomplete right bundle branch block pattern, borderline ECG, tricuspid insufficiency, mitral regurgitation, pulmonary regurgitation, calcified left and right common iliac arteries.HIgh sensitive CRP, Troponin 0.01, high Platelet count, high lymphocytes, high abnormal lymphocytes, low anion gap, low red blood cells, High Absolute Atypical Lymphocytes, hypercalcemia, what does this all mean? what is going to happen to me? My physicians are not helping me.

there are many cardiac problems so i would suggest that please see a cardiologist as soon as possible as he will deyrrmine that whether you need valve repairs or not
if possible also meet a haematologist as soon as the exact cause of atypical lymphocytes has to be found out either by markers or by bone marrow biopsy
