Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to history provided you are having ischemia problem in your heart and your ECG is abnormal and complaining of dyspnea on exertion.

Show your detail workup should be done with investigation of 2D echocardiography and treadmill testing as well as serum cardiac troponin also can be investigated.

Check respiratory causes by chest X Ray and spirometry.

Check your CBC as well to rule OUT anemia.

In your case cardiac causes is seems most likely and consult cardiologist for examination and you can provide your cardiography and troponin report for giving further comment.

Take care
I hope this will help you.
