What Does The Following ECG Report Suggest?

Borderline ecg just done Sinus rhythm Horizintal axis Slight right-precordial repolarization disturbance, consider feminine pattern Small negative T in V2 V3 Slight repolarization disturbance, consider ischemia LV overload or aspecific change Small negative T in aVF with negative T in III What does this mean?

Hi,

The ECG as stated is borderline and cannot be truly interpreted without clinical context.

There are some changes which may indicate that the vessels may be narrowed slightly (this is especially true if you have chest pain on exertion), or these changes may be caused by hypertension.

So to be honest you need a cardiologist opinion who would take a detailed history and then interpret the results of ECG.
