What Does The Following ECG Report Indicate?

Hi, I just had an ECG, it reported as abnormal.
Right Atrial Enlargement and possible anterior infarct, age undetermined .
Normal sinus rhythm.
Vent rate 81 bpm
pR interval 140ms
Qrs duration 74 ms
Qt/qtc 362/420ms
P-r-t axes 83. 74. 72

How worried should I be?

I really appreciate your concern, if the EKG is remarkable then further investigations are strongly advisable like stress test ECHO and coronary angiography, you have to be careful, hope this information helps, take care
