I had gone through the question and understand your concern.
Your ECG suggests that you have condition called "Right bundle branch block". In this condition , transmission of signal from right side of the bundle is affected.
But there is nothing to worry about , as it can be treated with medicines.
So , i would advice you to consult a cardiologist for the same.
