General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are having vessel blockages. You need thrombectomy via medicines as clot-buster drugs or surgery. Usually, drugs are used first.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Varinder Joshi , General & Family Physician
