What Does The Following CT Scan Result Of Chest Without Contrast Mean?

i had a ct chest without contrast findings mild biapical pleural-parenchymal thickening. linear atelectasis or scarring is seen in the anterior medial right middle lobe.mild dependant atelectasis is seen in the lower lobes.the lungs are otherwise clear without evidence of pulmonary nodule.i have never smoked nor do i have any knowledge of any exposure to asbestos.a large exposure to 2nd hand smoke for the first 18 yrs of life.what do you think

Hello

As you explain the situation these are not so serious findings of the lungs. I recommend you to do only a Spirometry test if it negative than no worries no other things are needed instead.
