What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

I have done CT contrast & as per their report, There is a evidence of Fibrocalcified opacities in the apico-posterior segment of right upper lobe, apical segment of right lower lobe & left upper lobe and anterro - basal segment of right lower lobe. There is a minimal pleural thickening along the right lower lobe, however no evidenceof pleural effussion. My age is 46 years, & have past history of pleural effussion around 10 years back.
