What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

There has been interval resolution of the previously noted linear subsegmental atelectasis in the right middle lobe as seen on the study of 5/13/2016. There is no definite new focal pulmonary parenchymal consolidation or definite large pleural effusions. There is no definite pneumothorax. The cardiomediastinal silhouette is essentially stable and within normal limits. Multilevel spinal degenerative change is again noted.
