What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

Hi! I suffered a head injury 3 months back which resulted in concussions , subdural hematoma and sub archanoid hematoma. Post initial treatment the scans were showing temporal encephalomalacia and now the latest scan is showing only the presence of gliotic area in the frontal lobes. What does this mean and how does it progress? Is this a cause for concern? Is there any way to cure these

gliotic area in CT scan suggests old lesion which is likely to be a resolving one.. but it is advised to continue anti-epileptic drugs for a while..
