What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

My ct scan says mastoid sclerotic, with erosion of occicles there is occasional discharge from the right ear, have undergone un successful surgery earlier for a perforation in the ear drum, hearing loss is about 80% Doc advised surgery modified radio mastoidectomy and tympanoplasty. But also says I can take my time. What are the consequences of both.. not going for surgery and getting it done. Please help me decide

Hello,

The small bones in the ear has been eroded and surgery will be the best option. If you withhold the surgery, it might lead to unwanted complications like permanent hearing loss and infection.Consult an ENT specialist and proceed with surgery.
