General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Though any report has to be co related with the symptoms of the patient, I can say that the CT report indicates changes in the lung tissue following some sort of bacterial infection in recent or past.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
