Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello,

I have gone through the CT report you have mentioned.
This report is suggestive of spread of cancer through lymphatics in the lungs. She might be having primary cancer somewhere else like in uterus or kidney or intestine.

So, better to consult oncologist and discuss this report. She will need PET Scan to identify primary cancer.Treatment, cure and prognosis depends on type of cancer and primary organ of cancer. So, consult oncologist and discuss all these.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
