Pulmonary lymphangitic carcinomatosis Impressions: Difuse nodular peri-bronchovascular interstitial thickening, smooth interiobular thickening and smooth thickening of septa in both lungs. An irregular mildlt enhancing soft tissue nodule with spicualted margins in anteriorsegment lof right superior lobe, showinf small areas of internal breakdown Two other small irregular nodules in apical basal and posterior basal segments of left inferior lobe Mediastinal lymphadenopathy Mild pericardial effusion B/L minimal pleural effussions. Please suggest what are the possibilities and what should be done and is this curable Thank you
