General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per my clinical evaluation, the narration of symptoms in details is must to co-relate the report, but still, with the limited information available here, I can utter that there is marked effects over the lung tissue through underlying inflammatory or allergic condition of the lung.

Further, work up with bronchoscopy and tissue diagnosis with lung biopsy is a must to proceed further.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
