my chest CT scan reveals the following 1. The study reveals intralaobular, interlobular & subpleural interstitialthickening involvingthe bilateral lung parenchyma, most marked in the perphery of lungs, lower lung lobes near the CP angle. 2. there are multiple mildly enlarged lymph notesseen in the subcarinal regions. the largest lymph node in subcarinal region is measuring approx. 15 mm in short axis diameter, no evidence of any calcification is seen in these nodes. 3. Right hilar subcentimeter calcified lymph nodes seen. 4. A calcified 2-3 mm nodule seen in right superior segment of right lower lobes. 5. Cardiac chamber appear unremarkable. 6. Mediastinal vessel appear unremarkable. 7. No pleural or pericardial effusion is seen. 8. minimal pleural thickening is noted at bases of bilateral lungs 9. Bony thoracic cage and soft tissues appear unremarkable. 10. Incidental note is made of choleliathiasis. Impressio- CT features are suggestve of lung disease, most marked in the periphery and lower lung lobesnear the CP angle. I am suffering from severe dry coughing and respiratory disorder.
