Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

At present stage, your follicular study is absolutely normal. You should complete your follicular study.
There is single dominant follicle in right ovary and it is developing well.
Probably dominant follicle in right ovary will take part in ovulation and it will be available for fertilization.
Ovulation will be indicated by minimal fluid in POD. 18-20 mm is the optimum size of follicle for ovulation.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.
You should plan unprotected intercourse within 24-48 hours of ovulation for maximum chances of fertilization.
After intercourse female should lay down in bed with folded hips and knees for 15 mins so that sperm can move inside the female genital tract easily.

Hope i have answered your query.
Take Care
