General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Borderline elevation of liver function test and ESR may be part of underlying non alcoholic fatty liver disease or simple hypercholesterolemia induced sequence. Kindly discuss the need of lipid profile and ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis with your doc for further guidance. If you can provide me your current weight and height, I can figure out better guidelines after calculating Body mass index from the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
