The doctor was unable to come to a diagnosis.
Hello and welcome to HCM, The urinalysis suggests presence of red blood cells in the urine sample. Red blood cells in urine can be due to injury in the urinary tract or come kind o disease in the kidneys. Injury to the urinary tract is most commonly caused by stones. An ultrasound of the kidney-ureter-bladder region is required to look for presence of any calculi in the urinary tract. If no stone or mass is identified in the urinary tract, a renal biopsy may be required.
An elevated creatine kinase and troponin suggests muscle related disease. Consult a rheumatologist for this problem.
I would suggests you to consult your primary health provider for clinical assessment to look for the cause of apnea and chronic fatigue. Apnea could be due to cardiovascular or respiratory tract disorders.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja P Wahal
