What Does The Biopsy Report Result Indicate?
hi im 66 yo have a psa test done every 6 months ,started at 59 in 2010 psa at 4.3 doctor ordered a biopsie was negative , six months later psa went down 4.1 , was flactuating for a while ,1n 2013 psa at 5.3 doctor ordered another biopsie negative again psa flact since then 4.8,4.9 4.02 ,5.6 now 5.9 ,urologist wants me to do another biopsie ,any answers? had at 48yo a case of prostatitis ,dre told me once its ok another time firm on one side ,i am confused ! symptoms are once or twice at night have to urinate , thanks

If it is below 8 probably is only from benign enlargement of the prostatic gland. I am confused why you have done so many biopsies. As for the urinary symptoms you have to check the volume of the gland and do a flowmetry.
