MY MOTHER SHE IS 64 AGE SUFFERING FROM Basal and mid inferior hypokinetic, basal and mid septum hypokinetic mild LVH dilated LA with moderately severe MR3/4 type 2 diastolic dysfunction LVEF 40%by simpsons right sided chambers are normal and now her i check her sysmmHD its 136 DIAmmHg77 pluse 82
So the report is suggestive of a poor heart function due to valvular disease and resulting cardiomyopathy.
She will require long term vasodilator drugs and anticoagulants. Total fluid intake per day to be restricted to less than 1 litre. Restrict salt in diet.
