General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.
Thankyou for contacting HCM.

The features on ultrasound are most likely suggestive of uterine fibroid, which are small benign masses and may enlarge especially in pregnancy. Usually these go unnoticed if they are not causing any problem like pain or irregular/ heavy menstural bleeding.
I would recommend that if you start experiencing any symptom please consult your local gynaecologist for a follow up ultrasound and treatment accordingly. Otherwise, for now there is no need to worry about it.

I hope this answers your query. Please feel free to contact HCM again if you have any concerns.
Wishing you good health.
