What Does The MRI With Hyper-intense Focus In The White Matter Indicate?

I was just diagnosed with "small nonspecific hyperintense focus in the white matter of the right frontal lobe adjacent to the frontal horn or the right lateral ventricle, probably a small focus of microvascular chronic ischemia" after an MRI of my brain. What does that mean?
