What Does Testing Positive For Hbsag In Eliza Test Mean?

hi I am 46. i rrecently wanted to donate blood to my father but was tested positve for hbsag. The eliza test in one hospital showed it was 7.44 but in another lab it was measred at 2360 with cut of index at 1. My hbeag is negative. My anti hbe antibody is reactive with 0.01 with cut of index 1. My antihbc is reactive and is 14.9 with cut of index 1. While my hb core 1gM is nonreative at 0.04 at cut of index 1. What should I o now

These results mean that your chronically infected with hepatitis B virus. Treatment is necessary to prevent the progression of the disease to chronic liver disease.
