Hello,

Unfortunately, the healing time and process may vary between the incisions, but if any appear not to be healing at all or appear infection, then you need to be reassessed. Swelling and tenderness can persist as part of the body's inflammatory response through the level should be slowly decreasing. If there is no change, this is another reason for reassessment. The burning may be due to temporary damage to the nerves that can occur with any incision. It may repair itself slowly, but if the burning is severe, your doctor can prescribe medication to help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
