What Does Swelling In The Toe After An Injury Indicate?
In the middle of the night I went barefooted in house to let my dog out. I hit my pinkie toe on a piece of furniture. It hurt but I didn t really look at it until the next day. I found blood on wood floors next morning. This happened 3 nights ago. I worked and swam laps, it hurt but tolerable. Last night it was really swollen and the sheets were irritating it. Today I am hobbling, can t wear my shoes. Swollen and really hurts to touch it. I have used tape to strap the pinkie to the neighboring toe. Do I have to get an xray? Can I just tape it and go about my life?

u have to first consult a doctor so that he will start anti inflamatory and also if necessary suggest u for an x-ray do not cover apply antiseptic cream like soframycin
