What Does Stomach Pain With Dizziness During Bowel Movement And Sweating Indicate?
this moring i woke with a bad stomach apin fely i needed the toilet so i went as passing a stool it sent me very dizzy lots of sweat dripping off me both my legs shaking uncontolable feeling sick felt i was going to faint this happens around 6 times a year?

Usually, the straining at stool gives dizziness from vasovagal response which may be with blood stain or not.
A detailed evaluation of the GIT with upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy to get the detailed diagnosis and further guidelines.
