What Does Stinging Pain During Urination Suggest?

there is a stinging pain whenever i urinate. but only little urine comes out. however i feel better when i drink lots of water. i have been having this frequently. i have still not seen a doctor as the pain goes away whenever i drink water. may i know what causes this pain?

Hello,

I think you are having urinary tract infection and possibly cystitis. You may need to take antibiotics. Using cranberry juice or tea is advisable for disinfection.
I would have treated you empirically with Bactrim.
