General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

This pain may be suggestive of Golfer's elbow or medial epicondylitis.

Golfer's elbow is a condition that causes pain where the tendons of your forearm muscles attach to the bony bump on the inside of your elbow. The pain might spread into your forearm and wrist.

I advise you to take rest (you may apply crepe bandage) and apply ice over the affected area. Take an OTC non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug like Ibuprofen or Aceclofenac for the symptomatic relief of the pain.

Consult your doctor if you do not feel improvement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
