What Does Sharp Pain Between The Shoulder Blades Indicate?

I have sharp pain which started 2 weeks ago in my back, between my shoulder blade & spine. Now it is most prominent under my arm & in my right breast. Although it is painful when I move & sneeze, I cannot feel a lump. Should I see my GP? Or might this be related to my scoliosis?

itcanbe bony fracture of scapula. consult orthopaedic surgeon and part is to beimobilised.with sling arm. apply anal gesic ointment locally and warmphomantation. can take tab combiflamtwice daily. it can be related to scoliosis and consultation orthopedic surgeon is fine.use hard bed and take complete bed rest.
