What Does Shaking Body, Nausea, Bloating And Racing Heart Mean?

I start to get shaky, then my stomach gets bloated to where it looks like im 6months pregnant. I then start to feel nausea. I get cold chills and then my heart starts racing. I urinate 4-5 times in the matter of 10mins. I sometimes think i could be diabetic and other times I feel like its cause I cant take a poo. Im tired of feeling like this 2 days out of the weeki. I need help

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of getting shaky then the stomach gets bloated looking like 6 months pregnant, then nausea, cold chills and heart starts racing. There is frequency of micturition, feeling tired and gets these 2 times in a week.
All these symptoms look to be more of a psychiatric problems. But to label these as this, we need to rule out the organic causes by the following:
- Clinical evaluation and examination preferably by a General Surgeon and a Gynecologist as a second opinion.
- Investigations related to the blood, urine and stool along with X-ray and ultrasonography of the abdomen and CT scan if needed.
These will get the proper causes.
An opinion of a Cardiologist along with all the heart c
heck ups is a must.
Once the team of the Specialists tell you the diagnosis and if there is nothing, consult a Psychiatrist.
